"Return was okay , just a little slow"
I ordered from solutionsstores.com and ended up sending one item back because it wasn’t quite what I thought it would be . The return process wasn’t too difficult , but I did find myself going back to the site a couple of times just to make sure I was doing everything correctly . I did get my refund in the end , though it took longer than I would’ve liked . Customer service did respond , just not very quickly . Overall , it wasn’t a bad experience , but it was definitely a little frustrating .

Like I said, the payment options are limited. I was trying to use PayPal and couldn’t, which made checkout more annoying than it needed to be. Like I said, it would be a lot easier if they added a few more payment choices

I order from solutionsstores.com and the item was looking almost like the photos. The color is a little different when it came in person, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I got pretty much what I was expecting and I’m happy with it.

"Pretty smooth overall"
The site was easy enough to use, and the pages loaded without any problems on my end. I found what I needed quickly, which I appreciate because websites shouldn’t make people jump through hoops just to shop. The search could be a little better, so it’s not perfect, but checkout was clear and straightforward. Overall, a solid experience, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered online and picked it up at the store later that same day. i wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth, but the staff had everything ready when I got there and I barely had to wait. No issues with the order or payment either, which was nice. I guess I’d use the pickup option again.

I found some items on solutionsstores.com to be fairly priced, but a few felt a little expensive for what you actually get. I mean, who doesn’t want to feel like they’re getting good value for their money? Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t say every purchase feels like the best deal.

I tried a few promo codes from Solutions Pest & Lawn, and I don’t know why, but a couple worked fine while others didn’t do anything. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of hit or miss. I did save a little on one order, but then another coupon said it was expired even though it was still listed. I’d probably check the site again, but I wouldn’t count on every deal working...

"A Decent Warranty, With a Little Mystery"
I bought from solutionsstores.com, and the warranty situation was… fine, but it felt like I had to go on a mini detective mission to figure out what was actually covered. I ended up asking a few questions, and to be fair, they did get back to me, just not instantly. Nothing terrible happened, and the coverage seemed decent once I understood it, but I really wish the details were clearer upfront so it didn’t feel like I was decoding ancient scrolls just to know what was protected.

So, I had a little trouble getting into my account i wasn’t really sure if I had messed something up or if it was just one of those random login issues. I reached out to Solutions Stores, and yeah, they got back to me quickly and helped me figure it out without making it a big deal.
The person I spoke with was really friendly and, like, explained things in a simple way, which I appreciated. They updated my account details, and after that I was able to log in again with no stress. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience.

The box showed up dented, and the tape was already half loose when it arrived. Thankfully, the items inside were okay, but the packaging didn’t feel very secure. I expected better for delivery.

I ordered from solutionsstores.com and the tracking updates were really clear. I never had to wonder where the package was or reach out to anyone, which I appreciated. The emails were simple and not overloaded with info. Weirdly, I remember getting one of the updates while I was eating toast over the sink, so I guess it stuck with me. Anyway, it showed up when it said it would, so I’m happy.
